Matt has more than 30 years of experience advising independent physician practices on reimbursement, payer strategy, and regulatory compliance. He acts as a trusted advisor and partners with physicians and practice leaders to navigate the increasingly complex health care environment while protecting practice independence.
Throughout his career, Matt has worked closely with medical groups of all sizes, earning a reputation for clarity, integrity, and advocacy. He is committed to helping practices focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality care while maintaining financial strength.

This work helps practices uncover underpayments, areas of denial and write-off, resolve payer discrepancies, and improve long-term financial performance.

Senior Coding AuditorGinny Ruane, RN, CPC
Ginny is our lead Coding Auditor with specialized expertise in diagnostic and interventional radiology coding, documentation review, and compliance auditing. With a strong understanding of CPT®, ICD-10-CM, and payer-specific radiology guidelines, she helps physician practices and imaging providers ensure accurate coding and appropriate reimbursement.
In this role, Ginny conducts detailed coding and documentation audits to identify compliance risks, reduce denials, and support correct payment across a wide range of radiology services. Their work helps organizations improve coding accuracy while remaining aligned with regulatory and payer requirements.
